Room size, staff, breakfast, cleanliness were excellent! It was great value for money.
The presence of their trash bins next to the terrace was not great— but I imagine that they have no choice. The interior lounge area has very old furniture and could do with an uplift. None of these points took away from the overall experience of the hotel.

Location is good, close to Ortigia.
We hated our room but kindly got upgraded to executive room. However this was extremely noisy from traffic and restaurant across the street.
Depressingly dark and dreary with little natural light in the room, no windows in dining/breakfast room. Dirty stains on bathroom floor.
