Convenient hotel for exploring the City. Relatively quiet bearing in mind it’s on a main road - overall very pleased with the last minute booking

It was located in a great place. Two blocks from metro, about a mile walk to beaches and to Sagarda Familia
Staff at times seemed clueless.

Shower needs adjusting and maybe a bigger shower screen as too small so water goes everywhere over the floor

The hotel was very clean, other than the small pool which has green slime all around the edge of the pool so I did not go in.
Bed was made and fresh sheets each day which was good. Location is very good, 15 minute walk from gothic quater and La ramblas.
Breakfast was very good also.
When arriving at the hotel the room was very small and very very dark, only overlooking pipes from the building. Unsure whether day or night unless you look up the high building.
The room had no tea or coffee facilities which I've never experienced before especially as its a 4* hotel.
Green slime around edges of pool.
Upon checkout we had to leave at 6am due to flights. We waited in the lobby for 20 minutes as the staff member was asleep in the cupboard. So we missed our first train.
Overall really would not visit here again.

Good service; breakfast was good; when booking take a screenshot shot of your booking; half our party had to pay in addition for breakfast even though we’d booked bed & breakfast for our party of 5.
The pool; is more like a plunge pool; far too small for a swim; there are about 10 sun beds round the pool; but highly unlikely you would get the chance to have a swim! We couldn’t get near the steps because 3 ladies were sunbathing at that end of the pool!

the parking just under the hotel for a car is a plus in this area, great location at 10min walking from the Main Street Passeig de Gràcia.

we loved everything about this property. it was very clean. our room was terrific and we had our own balcony overlooking the city. the staff couldn’t be more helpful. They made reservations for us and ordered taxis when we needed them. Any way they could help, they did

The hotel is new, in the center of the city - very convenient location. It was very clean and the breakfast was great. Because we booked early we also had a very good price for our stay.
We didn't like the attitude of the receptionists and the staff in general. We didn't feel welcomed at all. The only smiling person we saw during our stay was the cleaning lady. Professional behavior but far from making you feel at home. Since our trip involved staying in 4 different Spanish cities and 4 hotels correspondingly with Barcelona being the last stop, the staff there really was disappointing. We wouldn't come back only for that reason. There are plenty hotels nearby, I feel that the staff makes the difference.

The location is excellent! And the cleaning staff were fantastic!

Staff was very professional, cleanliness was on the highest level. Breakfast was good, not the best but it has everything for every taste.

the location was good, near the city center.
breakfast wasn’t good and fresh, the room was so cold at nights even though there was a hitter in the bathroom! and we got sick at our last day! there was a mutual door with the next room which was locked but it made our room so uncomfortable because of the noise, and we couldn’t sleep at nights, it was like they were with us in the room! we enjoyed seeing Barcelona so mich but we didn’t enjoy our stay in this hotel.
