Spazi ampi, staff estremamente gentile, SPA e piscina bellissime. Colazione e cena ricche e ottima scelta.
Il parcheggio riservato è vicino all’hotel molto comodo. Posizione eccellente

The two EXCLUSIVE double rooms we were offered were not what we expected after looking on Booking.com website.
The rooms offered to us were very dark and dismal and at the back of the hotel. Very disappointed on arrival. Moved to two lower grade double rooms at front of hotel, but no offer made by hotel to refund the cost difference to us. Staff not obliging on the issue and did not answer email to discuss the issue.. Will not be returning to this hotel. Have stayed in many other hotels in Filzmoos with no problems.

"The hotel is located in the heart of Filzmoos. It’s a very comfortable and clean hotel. All the staff were very responsive and helpful given our limited knowledge of their language. The food was good ..."
