Everything, rooms were cleaned, pools were great kid size pool (toddlers) and 2 adult pools, jacuzzi for adults, outdoor bar by pools. Waiters take orders from the pools. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant had buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner or à la carte. Right next to Malecón. Everything was beautiful and would definitely come again.

Location and View are exceptional, if you want to look out over the port then this is the place to be
Bar and poolside service was terrible. We were a group of 8 people and on every occasion we sat down we had to go after 15 minutes to find a member of staff to serve us. They were cheerful and friendly but they really didn't want to serve any drinks or food if they could avoid it. We ended up visiting the nearby Fiesta Americana hotel when we wanted gin tonics or a bottle of wine in the evenings or afternoon as the Empporio had such shockingly slow service.
