Bad customer experience and front desk service; poor facilities

We check in at 11pm, they got us the wrong key, we have to wait for a long time and got bite by mosquito. The room looks nothing like the picture, we have the see view suite, it supposed to have a living room with tables and chairs, but none of these are in the room. The front desk people YELLED at me in the phone. The air conditioning is so loud that you have to put on ear plugs to sleep, one of the AC doesn’t even make any cold.And the front desk also forgot to give us the bracelet. The next day, our room key doesn’t work AGAIN, and the whole electrical system stop to work, including AC. The front desk guy is not helpful and told us it’s not his fault. We have to go back and forth and wait to fix all those problems, some manager came to our room and promised us free late check out to make up for the time we lost because of the problems. GUESS WHAT, they still charge us $25 for late check out!!!!!!!!!!!!!We are very disappointed and frustrating during our stay. 100% DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. Hope they didn’t treat us like this because we are Chinese. Otherwise it’s a next level question.

The food was noce and the beach area was lovely. People can be rude at times but mainly good staff.

I didn’t like the chalet. It was smelling of damp, the bathroom ceiling leaking water filling the floor. Windows never cleaned and fridge never cleaned.

I didn’t like the chalet at all. It was smelly, leaking water, no wifi. Long distance from the restaurant walking in the heat up and down every day 3 times a day.

Great overall

The Superior room was EXCEPTIONAL! Very unique designs, food was good, pool and aqua both are good. Overall the experience was great.

One word: Perfect holiday experience.

Everything was perfect in that hotel. Beach is amazing. Restaurant contains tousands of options to eat, workers have smiling face and helper. Especially special thanks to Muhammed (who seen on the first photo) If he is at reception when you check in be sure that your holiday starts at that point. He has a smilinh face an very kind young man. You can go diving, safari and boat trip for extra activities. Actually ı don't think to get a holiday in my country (Turkey) anymore.

I booked in this hotel as honeymoon vacation for my brother and he had such a great time and they took care of him very well after I told them it's his honeymoon and they we calling him to make sure he is ok or if they need anything, thank you so much guys for making his honeymoon unforgettable time.

The hotel is very near to many places the atmosphere is fantastic we really had much fun , also the variety of food , the stuff is so friendly and polite the reception was very kind and helpful specially ahmed galal he helped me alot and made everything so easy he’s very kind person and also special thanks to mr. The renovated rooms are very modern and super clean, the hotel manager Ahmed Galal is an amazing person very helpful from the moment we checked-in and mahmoud the reservation specialist they made us like the hotel before we even stepped in.. I totally recommend it..

Beach has many reef and rocks not good for children, Lunch is awful. Breakfast and Dinner was all inclusive but not good enough. Wifi was very bad.

We checked in early to the hotel, the friends at the reception helped without waiting too long. We forgot our card in the room, please take care of the staff quickly. The room was clean and the sea view was nice.I would also like to thank Mr. Ahmed Galal for her interest and concern

gin rum whiskey very bad products are used.cocktails were very bad. I drank the worst alcohol I've ever had in my life. the food was the same as the taste of medium desserts. Redbul and bottled water are sold for money in the all inclusive hotel.

Horrible experince

İt was some miss understanding and we paid extra $160. I booked 2 Room for 4 guests and they Said Booking only for 2 Guests and 2 rooms. They asked extra $160 for a night. When we checked Booking.com 4 Guest -2 rooms it was same money. Why did they Charge extra $160? I am sure because we are turist and it was early morning. Also when l called customer service. They didn’t listen to me. I can’t advice this hotel at all.

Hotel location and facilities. Friendly staff specially Mohammed Hashim at reception. Good for kids.

Food quality. Door cards was not open the doors for certain rooms.

Very good hotel

Pools and grounds are beautiful. Staff really friendly and helpful although reception staff could be more friendly. Lots of food and drink to choose from and really tasty. Beautiful views of the sea. Hotel and grounds clean and tidy throughout.

Gym could do with an update.

Overall a very good hotel. very friendly staff and always happy to acomodate your needs for a better stay.

absolutely everything was great! all staff were very polite and always helpful! front desk staff always happy to help. we received a free upgrade as it was my birthday week. really couldn’t fault anything to make me feel to leave a comment. different foods every day for lunch and dinner. breakfast was the same throughout, but still a large choice.

in all honesty, if I had to choose anything… it would be the sausages for breakfast.. petty but that’s it really. just not for my liking.

Loved it, excellent reef for snorkeling, drinks limited.

We stayed in one of the newly refurbished room which I could not fault. I choose this hotel because I had read it had a good reef and I was not disappointed. It very colourful with numerous fish. We saw Moray eel, large napoleon wrasse and lion fish while snorkelling. There is a good dive center offering shore dives for $35 including equipment hire. There was plenty of enertainment aimed at children and families. The hotel seems to cater mainley for Italians and Russians which is reflected in the food thats offered.

The quality of the alcoholic drinks was poor, they only sever beer in small glasses. The vodka was horrible and the cocktails are limited and watery.
