The location is brilliant and it’s also relatively quiet given it’s in a central location. The team is very very helpful and kind

Location was great. We loved breakfast! Especially scrambled eggs.
Room was small but nice and clean.
Little noisy - walls were thin.

The location is great, right in the heart of beautiful Kazimierz. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean inside. Communication with the staff online was good, and checking into the hotel was easy. The room was as described and spacious enough for one person.
The price seemed a bit too high for what you get. Although the room was clean and spacious enough for one person, the layout was a little odd. I’m not sure whose idea it was to place the bed with the head end directly under the sloping ceiling, but it was easy to bump your head. It was also difficult to sit up comfortably in bed to read or watch TV.
There were only two sachets of shower gel, which wasn’t the best quality, and no shampoo was provided.
The bathroom had an unpleasant smell when I arrived, apparently coming from the drain, but the smell subsided after taking a shower for several minutes.
The biggest downside was the lack of heating, which is quite unusual in Poland in October. The room was freezing cold at night, and if it hadn’t been for the air conditioning, which thankfully worked as a heater, I wouldn’t have been able to sleep. However, it was quite noisy.
