Everything was spectacular. The four staff members I interacted with were awesome. I can tell they love their job; that's huge. Its in the heart of the city & in a safe area. Breakfast was lovely. My whole stay was the best of my two weeks in Italy. If this place is available for your dates, stay here. You won't regret it.

Personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente.
Colazione ottima.

Tutto il personale molto accogliente. Posizione eccellente per visitare Assisi. Camera pulita, silenziosa e confortevole, letto molto comodo. Hotel super consigliato!

The hotel has a great location, and it has its own parking lot, which is a plus in Assisi.
While it advertised having air condition, the units did not work well at all, and our units were hot. In July we had a difficult time sleeping in our rooms because we could not get them down to a good temperature.
