Perto de tudo. Está na principal avenida da cidade. Perto de restaurante, farmácia e pontos turísticos. Limpeza e higiene nota 10. Muito prestativos, deixaram a gente fazer o check in 1 hora antes do previsto, foi ótimo porque estávamos muito cansados. Chuveiro bem quentinho e roupas de cama e toalhas limpinhas. Café da manhã nos surpreendeu, muito completo e farto.

Room was not clean, bathroom even.worst, were sold as room with ocean view and all what we had was neighbour's roofs

Gostei da vista da janela do hotel para o Canal de Beagle.

Não gostei do café da manhã. Para nós brasileiros havia pouca opção de frutas.

The room was very comfortable

The receptionist and there bad predisposition. The breakfast was very poor. There were not lockers for ski boots and boards.

I was not impressed by this hotel at all.

1. We reserved two rooms. We were assigned one room at the eight floor and one room at the fourth floor. We asked what was the difference between the two rooms and we were told “the view”. Well, when we got to our room on the eight floor we got a view indeed, of someone already sleeping in it. Went to the reception and they did not even apologize. Got a room on the first floor. With a street view. Room did not have any kind of storage, drawers, it was extremely hot and the bathtub had mold. Location was not great either. Breakfast was not good. You could see people getting a LOT OF FOOD to get to their tours even though it was not allowed. One elevator broke down. Overall, would not recommend.
