The staff was very friendly and try to hjelp when we need something.

When we look the place like this we want a quiet place, they have a bar open to 10 pm but when we were there, the bar had very loud music at 11 pm, I had to speak with the staff in the bar to get the music lower, we have a little girl(6 years) and she couldn't sleep because of the music. Next day they didn't put music and we could sleep better. The breakfast is not buffet, it normal could be better.

Road conditions just before arriving might not be the best ones. But its worth it.

Finca Hotel La Esperanza was super great, outside of Montenegro so super quiet and no noise at all. Facilities are great and equipped with a pool, jacuzzis, bar, restaurant. I am pretty sure that eventually, I will come back. The staff was always available and happy to help! Parque del Cafe and Montenegro are just a few minutes apart. The rooms are comfy and with plenty of space.

3 problems I was able to find and hope to clarify for other visitors: - Road to get to the location is good but the final part doesn't have asphalt. had a few problems driving my car since the road is steep. - Dinner is not included but you can add it to your bill, but charging 22K pesos, at least try to make it a full plate. The option is to bring dinner from Montenegro or Pueblo Tapado - Wifi is free, but it is not that good.
