The staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy at the front desk was great, and the restaurant he recommended—which wasn’t far from the hotel—was good. He also explained how to get there; he really was exceptional. It’s about 1.5 km to the city center on foot. Breakfast was decent. It was quiet at night.
I’d just like to point out this:
If you don’t drive your car out of the fenced-in courtyard during breakfast, you won’t be able to do so until 4:00 p.m. (if I remember correctly), because the gates are closed and the front desk isn’t open. Since the city center isn’t far away, I’d rather leave the car here (after checking out) and walk there and back. It’s true, though, that there are a few blue zones around the hotel where you can park for free.
Everything else was OK.

Easy to get to, very secure overnight. Fairly close to the city Centrum (1.2 km flat ground)
No cooling, no onsite staff only morning and evening

Good location, 15 min by walk to the downtown.
We booked two double rooms. In one room, the bathroom lights were not working, so it was completely dark. Unfortunately, the owner was unable to fix the problem during our stay.

Clean, comfortable beds.
Check-in is only possible until 9 p.m. Before 9 a.m. there was almost nothing to eat at breakfast - we were expecting something else by choosing accommodation with breakfast.
