The location in proximity to the beach is phenomenal, the apartment is large and well equipped . The pool is nice and the burger/ bar restaurant next to the pool serves up some delicious burgers and good beer.
It is really aging, but they have started doing some repairs. The breakfast for 10.euro was not good though the staff are lovely. They need to give the space a good cleaning and have warmers for the eggs and cool space for yogurt etc.

The mattresses were decent (beds super low). 1 bedroom apartment was spacious. Having a coffee machine (even though it does not work properly and you have to push the cap into it from below) was a very nice touch.
This place is NOT worth your money, not even your time considering it. Not clean, generally ran down. Pictures are from a way better era, or one better apartment. Upon arrival I noticed some big stains on the stairs, 2 days later, they were still there and none ever cleaned that area of the complex. Holes in the walls, mold on the shower curtain, cockroaches in the kitchen, the window is even missing a part of the glass!!! The shower in the photos has a glass, the real one is missing some tiles and only has a curtain. This place is simply not up to minimum hygienic standards for a developed economy. The pool is cold (but at least I saw someone cleaning it one day), the rooms have no noise insulation. But mostly, when you see the apartment you feel scammed. I have contacted the reception (by the way this never attended over our 2 days stay) and they have simply dismissed our concerns. The parking lot is ridiculously small for the number of apartments/rooms they have. Perhaps I am forgetting something… anyway this place was a disappointment and a disgrace.
