Lovely one night stay will stay here again when we come back but do a few nights stay .

Clean functional room

Power cut and we weren’t warned! Room was like a furnace. I understand it’s not the hotels fault but would have been good to have been told before we arrived.

Every one in the staff was helpful and nice. The front desk was worried about us missing our flights due to wind conditions so that alarmed us a bit, however there were no issues about our flight.

Room wifi wasn't working but we were able to use the wifi at the reception. Fixtures are old and need replacing. Was initially given a room that wasn't clean but was immediately transferred to a clean room.

Easy-to-find-location; close to the port; very friendly and helpful staff; clean room;

The small window (the only one) leading to the balcony; very weak WiFi; only two outlets and one of them was not working

We were welcomed very kindly. The staff was very friendly and provided an excellent service. The room was super with a nice balcony. Very good breakfast buffet with a good variety. We had a great stay. Totally recommendable. We would come again.

Pleasant

Very helpful front desk ladies. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Very good location and a quiet room despite a busy street.

Difficult to get a hot coffee as breakfast coffee is served from a thermos rather than an urn or machine. A tiny bathroom but functional. The pillows are high and they could not provide a thinner one so I had a sore neck.

Value for money

Everything was great for the price we paid - really value for money! 5 mins from the port, clean, with balcony and good wifi.

The tap was just in the end of the sink and it was very difficult to wash hands. The water was going outside of the sink and we ended up with a lot of water in the floor.

Ok place to stay with good breakfast

Handy location for late arrivals by boat. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choices. Attentive and considerate staff.

Rooms are dated and my bathroom had broken tiles which were a bit hazardous. Noisy fridge by the bed:-(

Excellent stay at central location

Excellent stay at a great location, next to everything. Very comfortable bed and attentive staff. Big room, quiet which is important since Pothia is busy town, nicely decorated also. It was cleaned every day. Great value for money with breakfast included as well.

Nothing to not like at this price range, everything was perfect.

Easy walk to port and clean

Location: 3 mins to harbourside, about 10 to port to catch boat. Flat walk, no hills. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. Room: On main road to town, not overly busy but if light sleeper, ask for room at back. Ours was very quiet. Sunny balcony, with two chairs and a table. Bed was very comfortable with good quality sheets. Bathroom clean with shower that functioned well. Staff: The lady that we dealt with was friendly, efficient and spoke good English.

Encouraged to leave key at reception when going out, but reception not always manned, so pile of keys within easy reach of anyone who chose to walk in, which concerned me a little, but easy remedy, take key with you!

Great value for money!

Welcoming staff, clean room, good central location, decent breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay.

The coffee served at breakfast wasn’t hot which was a disappointment. Not the fault of the property, but the road to the property is quite busy and you have to be aware of cars speeding round the bends!
