Pleasant

The property was very clean, everything was great (accommodation, breakfast, etc…)

The accommodation is located next to a railway line and a crossroads, unfortunately there was a lot of noise, we did not have a full night's sleep…

Central location. Room is according to pictures. Breakfast was all fine, could be improved with eggs :)

The shower is unfortunately too narrow.

Good

They offer very clean, large room. If you stay in Olbia the location is good.

Breakfast is limited, fresh croissant would be great. Mostly sweet things to eat. Definetely you need a car to reach best beaches!

Exceptional

The room was amazing, spacious, clean and tidy, close to the center. There is a parking slot oin a front of the B&B. Giuseppe, our host- really friendly and helpful. Good breakfasts, cleaner every day with new towels and bed sheets. Nice terrace and really good location.

Very nice stay in the center of Olbia

Excellent location, very close to the center of Olbia. Since we had no car it was also convenient, because all the buses are within 2 minutes walk, you can go to Palau, Tempio, to the nice beaches, anywhere from here. Breakfast was nice, freshly prepered, Giuseppe is very friendly, great host and helpful. The room is perfectly enough for two people, cleaned every day, has everything you need.

The shower is a little bit small, it was alright for us cause we are not too tall, but just so you know what to expect.

Passable

The room was ok and clean but for the price it’s expensive. Location was perfect but a bit loud. Breakfast was not appealing. Bread from the bakery or Lidl was even better.

Good overall.

Two brothers run the accommodation. They are polite, friendly, helpful. Location is central and easy access via buses to town centre and beaches and airport. Clean comfortable good size rooms and decent breakfast and small terrace available. Next to main train station, lots of restaurants but expensive. Was allowed to check in earlier so appreciated.

The rooms are on the top floor (level 3) and no lift so no easy to carry heavy luggage. Although central, area is a little rough, foreigners and Italians just hanging around in the nearby corner shops, bus stops, coffee shops. Was unable to leave my luggage in a secure room, had to leave it downstairs under the staircase after check out, at least leaving the luggage was possible however a little risky.

Great location, staff was helpful and informative. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was located very close to the train station and bus stops nearby. Also, closeby to a row of food restaurants and a lively neighborhood. The facilities were complete and the breakfast, part of the deal was good, saving you money to be spent elsewhere. Almost forgot, they change the towels daily (stayed there for 3 nights).

The bed was squeeky.

Everything was great! Great location very close to city center. Jusepe was a great host, the room was very clean and nice breakfast with perfect Italian coffee! Thank you very much for having us. We will definitely come back!!!

Superb

We had nice stay at BB La casa di Pier, room is sutible for family with small baby. It was clean and good breakfast was served.

Maybe the only problem is when you arrive by car, because you have to find parking somewhere around apartment but at time of our stay there, we found it easy.

Very convenient and comfortable choice for travellers passing through Olbia.

The guest house is very conveniently located. Bus stops to/from the airport and other regional destinations are literally around the corner while both of Olbia's train stations are about 150m away on foot. It is also at the top of the main shopping/cafe/restaurant street through the city (Via Principe Umberto) which leads down to the port and the lungomare, while Olbia's principal visitor attractions are located to left and right, just off the same street. Added to the fact that the guest house provides comfortable, clean rooms and a good breakfast (with the option of eating on the terrace in good weather), this makes La Casa di Pier a good choice for prospective visitors to the city.

Our room was behind the kitchen and preparations for breakfast made it a little noisy for a few minutes first thing in the morning. But this is a small issue.

Very convenient. Would return in the future.

Friendly, clean, comfortable, very close to town centre and also the bus station.

It would have been useful to have had a spare blanket. It was a bit cold during the night.

Nice location in the centre of Olbia. Good and friendly host gave us a warm welcome. Nice decorated room. A good place to stay 😀

Unfortunatly there was no breakfast at the agreed time and we had to go to the airport.

Very good

Steff was excellent, location excellent, general layout and space was excellent. Lots to be appreiciated.

Wifi was very hit and miss. Certain basics were missing such as a break knife, a decent size coffee maker (I don't mind an italian perculator but a single shot doesn't go far; a larger on would have been fine) and lastly there was no pot with a cover to boil water for pasta. One ohter point is that all lights were overhead and a couple simple lamps would haeve provided better atmosphere and efficiency. Final point is that parking was advertised as free but was in fact street parking which was truly free. Description should have read "free street parking". Very simple things to recitify.
