short and disappointing ( it was also my birthday )

I think the Location was the only positive thing here

The property did not meet the conditions. It was very dirty (the sofa in the living and the kitchen sofa) the bathroom smelled horrible, it was not like in the pictures. We were with a small child (5-6 months old ) and we literally could not stay there. So after getting in the apartment, we immediately search for something else better in the vicinity, and we found one that was way better for the similar amount of money. Unfortunately the booking was without free cancelation (as being on booking I trusted that the conditions are good) basically we did not stay there (we had to stay for 2 nights) and we canceled right away. We called the owner and he was saying he will put the cleaning lady to clean again, but that apartment could not be cleaned in a few hours, especially the smell in the bathroom. We've booked with booking for the last 100 and more trips and never had to leave from an accommodation. We did not get any money back (at least for the half of the stay) and it is a pity cause all the accommodations should meet a standard when booking especially with booking.com. So If you want to stay here, please check the reviews first.

Cozy, basic but perfect

The flat was exactly what we wanted, a small place next to nature. It fit 5 adults comfortably enough for 2 nights. The kitchen facilities were good and the staff was very friendly dispute our lack of Czech

Didn't realize how necessary a car was, the flat is 30/40 min walk from the nearest supermarket, almost all on hard shoulder.

Velmi bídná komunikace skrz Booking, neobdrželi jsme žádné informace k příjezdovému předání klíčů k ubytování. Předání klíčů bylo tedy problematické. Po zhruba minutové ukázce ubytování nám byly předány klíče stylem "Klíče jsou zde a je to vaše". Následovalo zjištění, že úklid byl proveden asi jen vytřením podlahy. V apartmánu bylo špinavé téměř vše a na vlastní úklid chybělo absolutně vše - nebyl zde smetáček s lopatkou, vysavač ani žádné mokré ubrousky na setření prachu a špíny. V celém apartmánu byl z čisticích prostředků přítomen pouze jar na nádobí. Chyběly sáčky do koše (při pobytu dvou osob na pět dní jeden sáček opravdu nestačí) - mimo jiné, odpadkovému koši chybělo i víko. Nádobí i příbory špatně umyté, houbička na nádobí ve značném stavu rozkladu (náhradní samozřejmě nebyla). Odpad v kuchyňce smrděl a špatně odtékal. Toaletní potřeby zcela chyběly - v koupelně nebylo ani mýdlo na umytí rukou (!) a přitom se uvádí dokonce dezinfekce na ruce. Záclony špinavé, žaluzie zaprášené (opravdu hodně), v rozích/koutech, na zdech a ve skříni pavučiny a pavouci. Všude prach. Druhá ložnice neexistovala (pouze gauč v obýváku/kuchyňce - to se snad ani ložnicí nedá nazývat...). Matrace (na nás) velmi měkké. Výhled na trávník z přízemí byl velice úsměvný. Židle a sedací prostor značně špinavé, polité, flekaté... Sprchový kout špinavý, některá místa plesnivá. Plynový kotel na přitápění fajn, ale zkorodovaná trubka vespod už tolik ne. Dva miniaturní ručníky na 5 dní pro dvě osoby nedostatečné. Puch zatuchliny a celkové vlhko v chodbě nepříliš vábivé. To všechno by se snad dalo se zavřenýma očima a zatnutými zuby překousnout, kdyby v apartmánu byly alespoň potřeby na úklid... Čisté bylo pouze WC a ložní prádlo. Z potřeb byl přítomen jen toaletní papír a jar na nádobí. Pozitivně hodnotím pouze lokalitu a možnost parkování zdarma.

Obiekt położony jest obok szlaków górskich. Szlak jest zaraz za ogrodzeniem. Bardzo dobra baza noclegowa. Niedaleko obiektu są restauracje. Na terenie obiektu jest parking.
