Great location.
Good breakfast.
Very clean.
Has a lift.
The top floor room has a nice view but the steep narrow steps to get to it was not great after a 20+ hour flight and with heavy suitcases.
The reception desk wasn’t manned and it took 20 minutes and the guy in the bar next door to let us know we were in the right place.

Staff were very helpful. Good choice of inroom beverages. Excellent shower. Clean and functional room. Superb location.

Good location which was just outside of the busiest part of the centre but very close to Amsterdam Central Train Station. The 3-person room was comfortable, clean and quiet and ticked all the boxes for our family of 3.
We didn’t bother with breakfast and found a nice place approx 15 mins’ walk.
Staff were very helpful and friendly and we would happily stay there again.
