Lovely lodge, clean and as pictured, great upkeep with hot tub. Would stay again
Some kitchen facilities could be better- we cooked a few times and the knifes were extremely blunt, could have had some smaller lights outside for when in the hot tub on a night

The place was serene and relaxing. It was really a retreat away from the city. We had a very spacious lodge with everything needed to make it home during our stay. Full kitchen/extra towels and games were a bonus. Loved the hot tub. Highlight of our stay
We had an issue with our hot tub in the first 2 nights. Being bank holiday when we arrived meant it couldn’t be fixed that day. Staff did offer alternative lodge with a working top tub. But we loved our one.

The check-in staff went above and beyond to return to the site after hours (8 or 9 PM) and help us get settled due to a mistake with a USA phone number and no credit card on file to take the deposit with. They handled what could've been a seriously annoying issue promptly and with complete professionalism and courtesy.
