OMG, location, location, location!!!!! This Airbnb was located in the heart of it all, yet a little off to the side so as not to be around noise. We walked everywhere and were everywhere we wanted within minutes of our room!!! The Airbnb and room were beautiful; the bed was so comfortable everything was perfect. The room was small but mighty; everything we needed and then some! Had an espresso machine in our room, a mini fridge, and some snacks, including small croissants you can enjoy with your espresso. There were so many great places to eat literally at our doorstep! If I get back to Florence, this is where I will stay! An absolute winner!!! There was even a small elevator so you can get your luggage up to your room on the higher floors.
Nothing, everything was perfect!

Very nice and comfortable!
Little off the beaten path away from main area.

Late airport arrival, easy tram to central train station and 5 mins walk to B&B with following day early train to La Spezia. Great location in a lively street.
Comfortable and clean room.
Possibly a little too old fashioned but that was part of the appeal.

Air conditioned was not good enough. The fridge was not working well, either
