Absolutely great. Philip(not sure about the spelling) was very warm and helpful from the moment we arrived. Came downstairs to help with the luggage and the check-in process. The Studiolo (studio flat) has everything you need for either a short or a long stay. Spacious room, I particularly like that the laundry and the main wardrobe are in the same room, so I could just push all my luggage into the room and leave the bedroom and the dining room tidy. Also, the washer and dryer are very quiet and powerful, so they won't disturb your sleep at all. One particular detail (I have never seen this in all my previous hotel/holiday rental experience) implied that the property really focuses on providing the travellers with a great experience: they provided wet wipes. If you know, you know.
The room's quietness is also something I remember well. Despite the room being right on top of a relatively busy street, I can't hear any noise from the street. I studied the room's window system: two sets of windows with thick, double-layered glass, an airtight seal- great stuff.
As for location, it's close to pretty much all the big attractions, and many great cafes, restaurants, and groceries within a 5-minute walk.

Great location. Wonderful and helpful staff. We had a large and comfortable apartment, though we did not use the cooking facilities. The washing and dryer were a great bonus.

We enjoyed the location as well as how well kept the apartment was. Not only was it clean but was also updated. Staff was very helpful.
Nothing. We used the stairs. There was an elevator used to bring our luggage upstairs the 1st day. I'm not sure that it is used for people so if stairs are an issue you will want to ask the staff.
