the furnishing was amazing at that price. we had everything you could wish for even a washing machine. the host is very easy to be contacted and he responds quick. i appreciate that and that way an issue we had after checking out was solved pretty quickly. the accommodation is located perfect between the beach, restaurants (which unfortunately we're closed for corona), a surf school and a super market where you can buy anything to cook and more. i would 100% recommend this place in moliets.

the stay was great but unfortunately the weather wasn't. but that's not the hotels fault. the balcony wasn't super clean but that's alright with me a quick wipe solved that issue

Disgusting apartment

Good location with a lot of parking space.

I would never recommend this to anyone. The apartment was VERY dirty and all the plates and glasses were greasy. Crumbles on the table, dirty plates in the washing machine, ... We even found some old food in a closet. The bathroom was absolute disgusting. Please reconsider renting this 'apartment'. We didn't even saw our host ? We just came and left with the door open... (key was on the table). Too bad I didn't took any photos to report this to Booking.com.

Schrecklich

Wir hatten die Unterkunft gebucht aufgrund der hervorragenden Bewertung von 9.1 in Booking. Allerdings wurden wir schwer enttäuscht. Zunächst einmal gab es keine Handtücher und keine Bettwäsche. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer mussten wir pro Person 15 € extra zahlen, um Handtücher und Bettwäsche zu mieten. In der Anzeige steht das wohl irgendwo im Kleingedruckten, aber beim Buchen ist das zunächst nicht ersichtlich. Wir mussten also selbst die Betten beziehen und die Matratzen waren in einem absolut schrecklichen Zustand, dreckig, extrem abgenutzt und durchlöchert. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich die Wohnung nicht gebucht, als 4-köpfige Familie reisen wir ja nicht mit unserer eigenen Bettwäsche durch die Gegend. Wir hatten für 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene , 2 Kinder) gebucht, aber obwohl uns 3x Bettwäsche gereicht hätten , gab es keine 4. Bettwäsche mehr, obwohl laut der Aussage des Gastgebers 4 Sets da sein wollten. Außer des miserablen Zustandes der Betten war das Geschirr im Küchenschrank dreckig. Bevor wir z. B. Teller nutzen konnten, mussten wir erst abwaschen. Die Pfannen waren so dreckig, schwarz angebrannt und verrostet, dass wir sie nicht benutzen konnten, es war wirklich eklig. Laut Beschreibung sollte es in der Küche außerdem eine italienische Kaffeemaschine geben, die war jedoch nicht vorhanden. Die Duschwand war des Weiteren teils zerbrochen, man musste (besonders die Kinder) aufpassen, dass man sich beim Duschen nicht verletzt. Wie kann eine Wohnung in einem solch schlechten Zustand eine Bewertung von 9,1 haben? Wir haben bis jetzt gute Erfahrungen mit dem Booking Bewertungssystem gemacht, aber in diesem Fall ist es irreführend. Die Erklärung dafür kam in einer privaten Email des Gastgebers: Er forderte uns auf, eine hohe Bewertung vorzunehmen auf negative Kommentare zu verzichten – im Gegenzug bot er uns dafür diverse Gegenleistungen an, wie z. B. Rabatte auf zukünftige Buchungen privat bei ihm, später Check Out, etc.

Le séjour ici s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est à deux pas de commerces et restaurants, et surtout, de la plage. Le parc de la résidence est très propre et la piscine, un régal. La communication avec notre hôte a été rapide et très agréable.
