This was our third time in this resort and we were maximum satisfied as usual. This resort is suitable for families with children (especially small), as it has apartment-style bungalows in a quiet garden around the pool. To the beach we usually go by car - it is about 5min by car and parking there is just few EUR. Perfect is, that you have umbrella and parasols on the beach included in price and you can ask for a voucher to the beach every they to make a reservation for them - so no stress with finding parasols and dealing with extra costs. Around the pool there was always a space to find free umbrella/parasol during the day. It is good place for trips around Italy (Venice, Udine, Trieste etc.) We totally LOVE breakfast and dinner here (considering the budget we paid for the vacation) - it is the reason why we go here as well, the food is amazing. We were also very happy with the animation team, our daughter participated in the mini disco and was happy with the animators. The best thing about this resort is the STAFF and their approach to kids. Thank you so much everyone for making our stay great again. Our daughter keeps talking about the place so we will possibly come for the fourth time. :) Tomas and family
Tip for improvement: You can order a bottle of wine for a dinner and if you do not finish it, they will store it in the fridge until the next day for you with your room number and prepare on the table the next day! Amazing! This is a great idea and it was a game changer for us - but we have figured it out during our third stay after three years haha. I would recommend you to inform guests about this possibility during the dinner (a leaflet or verbally in advance), so that you increase the consumption of bottled wine, which was really great.

Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadania. Przyjemna strefa basenowa z jacuzzi. Leżaki nad morzem w cenie pobytu w pierwszej linii brzegowej.
Mieliśmy apartament o powierzchni czterdziestu kilku metrów na parterze. Umeblowanie jest nieco staromodne. Nie jest to wada, ale ponieważ jest tam sporo paneli na ścianach i w sypialni i salonie oraz sporo zakamarków to nie czuło się tam czystości. Personel sprzątający zapewne nie ma czasu na gruntowne sprzątanie i odkurzanie tych wszystkich półeczek, szpar, wnęk itp. i to czuć. Poprawienie czystości bardzo podniosłoby komfort pobytu i snu. Śniadania podawane było na tarasie pod pięknym drewnianym zadaszeniem, jednak znowu tutaj kłania się brak sprzątania bo wysoko w górze na drewnianej konstrukcji zadaszenia były widoczne pajęczyny - pewnie niełatwo to posprzątać bo wysoko, no ale jednak trzeba bo jest obawa , ze zaraz jakiś pająk wyląduje na stole. Kelnerzy za wyjątkiem szefa sali nieuprzejmi, brak przywitania, no jak nie we włoskim hotelu które z reguły cechują się rodzinna atmosferą. To był nasz drugi pobyt i pod tym kątem nic się nie zmieniło.

La struttura in se è molto bella, ma ancora di più è stata l'accoglienza l'educazione e la disponibilità dell'intero staff
Ringrazio in particolare Alfonso per la sua disponibilità e simpatia, Vito per la sua professionalità e Francesca e Elisabeth (spero di non sbagliare il nome) per il loro grande entusiasmo e coinvolgimento nell'animazione (mia figlia Gaia parla e chiede ancora di voi!)
I giardini hanno molta umidità e uno odore poco piacevole forse dovuto dalla presenza di alcune piante
La camera aveva la volta un po' troppo bassa.

Dirty appartment on arrival, used napkins on the floor, hair. Very unprofessional staff on reception and in the restaurant.
