Good value for money

From outside the hotel is very nice. Location is excellent.

From inside the hotel has seen better days and is poorly managed in terms of cleanliness.

Very nice stay

We stayed only one night, but we were very happy with this experience. The hotel is easy to find, the room was very spacious and confortable, hudge terrace and windows facing the Balaton lake, perfect temperature inside. The staff was very kind. We had Halfboard included (dinner and breakfast) and we were very satisfied with both - varied and tasty.

Bad - not Luxury at all

- receptionist doesn’t speak English or German at all - spotty sheets - smelly bar - not able to make the room dark at night - far from city center - you need to come to breakfast or dinner in a 1 hour window. In your window there might be not enough food, so you must come at the beginning of your window … ridiculous 😅 etc

Nice , short, visit

20 m from Balaton, great beds, very clean and spacy rooms, in total very clean hotel , smiling personnel, helpful and friendly, very rich breakfast

chicken breasts at dinner were cold, serving of cakes not refilled so we didt get any (not hard feelings as we went to town for a dessert)

Terrase is beautyfull. Breakfast was excellent. Personel was very kind. Room was very big.

Wellnes and spa zone not as expected. Sauna was infrared without rocks and water.

okay hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Book it for the Price and location and expect dirty rooms and no service.

the location was great

no cleaning, no fresh towels, room was dirty, sauna did not work, trampolin was broken, staff could almost no english, food was full of fat and oil.

Short family holiday.

We had a good view of the Balaton. Great choices for breakfast and dinner. The staff is very kind, polite and helpful.

Play room for small kids could be more organised.

Poor quality for a "4" stars hotel

We had breakfast and dinner included in the room rate and the food was tasteful. The room and terrace were quite big.

The spa was a joke, the wet sauna didn't worked. Even though it was hot outside the pool from outside wasn't opened. All in all the spa center was very small, so if there were more than 10 people, it was already crowded. The staff didn't speak almost any English, so if you are not german or hungarian, it is quite difficult to speak with them. Even though they are charging you if you park the car inside the yard, there are plenty of spaces available around the hotel, so it's not worth spending the money with that. The coffee in the morning was the worst I ever tasted. We spend 5 days there and they didn't changed the bed sheets and the towels were changed only once.

It was a relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was big and clean with everything we needed. About the staff all I can say is good things…very friendly and helpful with all we asked. The guy on the reception was really kind to give us bicycles even if it was not the season. The food was very tasty and variated as well. Plenty of choices. It was a very pleasant stay.

Nice rooms, good location, near the lake. Good food.

The name does not reflect reality. The spa, which is a small jacuzzi was out of order. Other than that, there is a small pool. It's a nice place, just expected more from a 4star hotel.

Will not come back.

The size of the room, furniture, nice sheets..,,

The biggest disappointment ever was the spa and the size of the pool. There was only one tiny sauna for two people max working, the hot tub we were told was out of order and the pool - 10 by 10 max, divided in a wading pool and very shallow pool, the temperature was also more on the cold side….Luxury spa I imagine very differently by far!

100% satisfaction

The room was very clean and had perfect size, was enough space for 2 adults and 2 active kids. The balcony was spacious too. Breakfast and dinner had variate options. The hotel is in a nice and quiet location, perfect for relaxation purpose.

I liked everything, just I would like to suggest to Hotel to pay more attention for the restrictive menus like gluten free, lactose free. In Hungary can find easily such products which can be used to cover the breakfast and other necessary meals. I think it will be a big plus, and could attract more tourists with restrictive diets, like me who could finally be able to enjoy a real vacation without cooking or without being afraid that in case of contamination their vacation will be ruined.

Price/quality ratio is top, but cleaning, maintencance and wellness are to be improved

The place is excellent, right next to the Balaton. It's great during the autumn season to have long walks on the lakeside. The food is tasty and the choices are more than enough. The price/quality ratio is very positive based on this too.

The hotel overall feels a little dirty, neither the room nor the common area doesn't have that 'freshness in the air'. Minor maintenance jobs are due, like the ventillation was not working in our room, or the motion detector didn't turn the lights on, when we stepped out of the elevator. The wellness was dissapointing as the only functioning part was 1 infra-sauna and the pool (with around ~32°C) temperature. The other infra sauna was out of order as well as the steam cabin, and the hot jakuzzi was not free of charge. If we would have known that wellness means only this and there's no real opportunity to get warm and relaxed on a colder autumn evening, we would have chosen a different hotel. The pool is really loud, and should be scheduled to be on for 15 minutes then off, to provide some possibility for relaxation but overall the wellness would need an overhaul by the hotel manager to make it what is should be.
