Really poor service. Don't recommend for anyone

Not was expected at all. In the description has the idea of the shaded pool, but is hasn't. When asked your was the shaded pool the staff wasn't helpfull at all. Always avoiding the question instead of saying there was no sharing pool. Poor staff, very unprofessional 😞

The staff. Terrible customer service. Doesn't know what they are doing. Don't knock where the house was, spending working coordinates. Don't recommend it at all. I have been going to Algarve for the last 25 years and this was the poor service I had. Really bad l. Additionally the garden was not conserved. Really bad apresentation with broken glass and cigarettes all over the place.

Enjoyable stay, brilliant staff but a bit of tlc needed in the villa

The location and use of the hotel swimming pool.

Air conditioning in one room was temperamental and the loo seat was not attached very well.

Disappointing, a lot to improve!

So the only advantage was that the house was within walking distance to the beach and had some shops around, other than that the experience was not great.

This was a very disappointing stay, which we actually decided to leave the location and move to another place as it got to a stage where we did not think the place was safe and it also did not suit our needs. We have had many issues during our stay which I will list below: 1. Cleanliness - the place was not well cleaned when we arrived and specially the living area and kitchen were not in good standards. There was so much dust that one in our group was really suffering with that and we had to give the house a full clean. We have not complaint about that as we thought that would be an isolated small issue. 2. After that we had the issue with the wifi, which was not working. The password on the modem did not work and after they sent us the new password, that did not connect either. We had someone in the group needing to work and that was really an issue that could be simply resolved by leaving the information easy in the house. 3. Water ingress / leakage - this was the worst issue we had that made us decide to move, because there was a lot of water coming down in the ceiling on the ground floor (specially when someone was having shower upstairs). They did sent someone to check, but nothing could be done until the place was empty and he told us that was an "old issue" due to the state of the ceiling. 4. Finally, the most disappointing one was the access to the swimming pool, which was clearly stated in the listing and it was not available. We have booked a place expecting we would have access to a pool but after chasing them for it, we have been told that it was not possible for that property. We found the add very misleading!

The breakfast was tasty, specially fresh fruit juice and price is also reasonable. The location was perfect near to the beach, Marina and many more things. Staff was so nice and helpful.

I do not like the bed it make too much noise so that I could not sleep well. Also that bed made us backpain. Mosquito comes easily to the bed and sing for us whole night.

Localização e espaço da casa

Poderia estar mais limpo ,ter utensílios mais modernos (ex.máquina café) e ter acesso à piscina como dizia no anúncio…o que não tinha 🤯
