Good breakfast.

The room was ok, but great, no ventilation! No AC! Bathroom ok but dirty.. tired! Very noisy in morning outside as the service staff and maintenance made excessive noise right outside room. We left as soon as we could!

Absolutely stunning location. Room was a good size with large en suite. Quality bedding, refreshments and toiletries. Large, white, soft towels. Lovely bed and blanket supplied for our dog along with some quality treats. Excellent food served in the pub

Great property with great rooms

Really poor customer service. I made a point of staying here after staying at the weeping willow as the staff there made the place fantastic and I was hoping for more of the same. Unfortunately I travel for work and have to leave before breakfast starts. I asked the staff for a little breakfast to take away. They point blank refused.

Staff were excellent and so accommodating, nothing was too much. The room was spacious and had all the necessary. We would recommend this hotel.

The decor is lovely, but needs a bit of a spruce up. Window blinds need attention. But this is not a deal breaker for us not to come back.

The setting was great, lots of beautiful walks surrounding the area, the pub had a great atmosphere and the fasciitis’s were lovely. Very enjoyable relaxing time.

Some of the male staff were quite abrupt and seemed a little rude at times, we didn’t feel we were very welcomed upon arrival, the main man behind the bar said he would book us a table if we went back to our room but he didn’t come back with a time….. we had to go back in and find out. We booked for 8 o’clock but our table wasn’t ready until half past. The male waiter didn’t ask if we wanted any sauces or more drinks with our meal so we had to keep getting up to go and askz

My first room was excellent, my second room was a little disappointing. Your staff were excellent. Your dinner was good/very good.

Room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant was fabulous with excellent service and the food was great. A hearty breakfast, made with quality ingredients topped off our stay beautifully. Really pretty village with nice walks. Staff are super helpful.

Not sure of the open plan bathroom . The hand shower was in a fixed position, much better if on a sliding rail.

Comfortable, clean room with good facilities. Had a fantastic meal in the pub too with very friendly staff.

A little disappointed to find out that the pub is closed Monday and Tuesday so Booking.com shouldn’t have sold it as B&B as there was no breakfast. Was refunded but disappointing and would have been nice to know in advance.

I liked the property tried to amend for the issue in the next day by issuing a refund and contacting us.

We were promised a access code to get the keys from a safe box but it wasn't sent and there was no one to meet us in the property or take our calls, so we have to seek emergency accommodation elsewhere.

The breakfast and all items were fantastic, the heated bathroom floors were a wonderful surprise. We asked if they had a snack and were presented with a charcuterie board, excellent staff in a picturesque village will stay again. Thank you for having us.

some refurbishment required, sink in bathroom crazed and decorations felt a little tired. The staff were not particularly welcoming, felt as though they were going through the motions.

everything staff were very friendly and very welcoming and helpful

not much , could have utilised the space more in the rooms with a sofa or a set of chairs and table so you did have somewhere sit not the bed all the time

our meal on Sunday evening was not as good as Saturday evening. Saturday evening , food & service was excellent. breakfast was very good on Sunday morning but not so good on Monday morning. When we have stayed on previous occasions breakfast was included. In fact I had been told that Booking. com bookings always included breakfast. So I wrongly presumed it was included on this occasion too.
