The staffs were good and adorable especially Xhulita in the reception, waiters that made our day without criticism and humble were Gimi, klei, Nisi and Dhurato. These staffs made our day fun and comfortable.

There’s a lady in the reception called Sindi that was so rude and I believe she’s the reason why the hotel is empty coz she undemines, she laughs when you pass across the reception. She was a nightmare

The hotel met our expectations. I’m not a very demanding guest and I don’t go on holiday looking for things to complain about. After all, we don’t cook five different kinds of eggs for breakfast at home either. 😊 The food was tasty and, in my opinion, there was plenty of choice. We could always find something we liked, so we were happy with the all-inclusive food. The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. All members of staff did their jobs well and were always pleasant and ready to help when needed. We really appreciated their attitude throughout our stay.

The only serious issue was an unpleasant sewage smell in the room (205). We had to keep the ventilation running constantly to reduce it. When the housekeeping staff removed the electricity card and the power went off, the smell was very strong when we returned to the room. This is definitely something the hotel should address.

The bed was clean, towels were changed everyday and they had good coffee.

We were very disappointed with our stay, especially considering the price we paid and the facilities advertised. Room and facilities: * The apartment had a kitchen, but absolutely no kitchen equipment – no plates, cups, cutlery, pots or anything else. The kitchen was basically useless. * There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the shower. * The view from the windows was of a construction site. * One of the bedrooms was almost impossible to sleep in because the walls were paper-thin. You could hear absolutely everything from the neighbouring rooms. * The bathroom had no shelves, cabinets or even a place to put a toiletry bag. * The toilet was dirty, and water was leaking around the flush button. * The wardrobes showed obvious signs of wear and tear. Breakfast and service: * Breakfast was average at best. * All drinking glasses were plastic, and there were constantly not enough of them. * Coffee was served in tiny paper cups. When we asked for proper cups, which were clearly visible on top of the coffee machine, the bartender claimed they had run out. * The coffee machine worked one day and was broken the next. * Initially, there were hardly any suitable breakfast options for children. Only after we complained did the staff make an effort to provide something. * We even had to ask for tea, which was not available. One employee tried to discuss this with management, but they refused to provide it. Pools, kids’ facilities and beach: * Neither the indoor nor the outdoor pool was operating during our entire stay. This was one of our biggest disappointments. * We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a children’s playroom, only to discover that it opened at 4 PM. This made it practically useless during the day, especially when the pools were also closed. * The beach was not as conveniently accessible as expected – we had to walk downhill from the hotel.
