Lovely apartment in a well maintained complex

Apartment very comfortable, nicely furnished with a very well equipped kitchen. The complex itself is beautiful with lovely gardens and a very nice pool.its also close to the beach and a 20 minute stroll into town.

The apartment was advertised as having a sea view- this was very partial. The view was mainly of the garage across the road and the supermarket car park. This spoiled our enjoyment of the terrace. It was also very noisy with heavy lorries coming and going a lot of the time.

Washing machine didn’t work and wasn’t fixed until the last day of my holiday. Kitchen not very well lit and not much natural light.

Apartamento deteriorado. Gestión horrible

Experiencia lamentable. No volvería a alojarme aquí. Nos alojamos del 7 al 23 de agosto en el apartamento de Avenida Litoral 45, Playa del Ángel, Estepona, viajando con dos niños pequeños de 2 años y un bebé de apenas 1 mes. Nada más llegar comunicamos a HomeCare numerosos problemas y enviamos fotografías: bañera de hidromasaje deteriorada y sujeta con cinta aislante, persianas que no funcionaban, balda de la nevera rota, cajón de cocina roto, junta del baño reparada con cinta, azulejos agrietados, armario principal sin terminar ni cajones, agujero en la bajante del baño y posteriormente descubrimos que el microondas tampoco funcionaba. Además, el anuncio indicaba “vistas al mar y a la montaña”, cuando desde el apartamento lo que se contempla principalmente es un polígono industrial, una gasolinera, un parque y una calle. Cuando lo reclamamos, la respuesta fue que el mar es “visible desde la propiedad”. Lo más decepcionante fue la gestión. HomeCare reconoció las incidencias y nos propuso que mantenimiento entrara a solucionarlas durante nuestra estancia. Es decir, el apartamento se alquiló con todos estos problemas y se pretendía que el huésped conviviera con reparaciones durante sus vacaciones. Incluso la bañera, que presentaba un deterioro evidente, se planteó inicialmente como algo que podía solucionar mantenimiento. Desde el primer momento dejamos claro que estábamos dispuestos a llegar a un acuerdo y solicitamos un cambio de apartamento o una compensación proporcional, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que viajábamos con un recién nacido. No obtuvimos una solución acorde al problema. Una cosa es que aparezca una pequeña incidencia durante una estancia y otra muy diferente es recibir un apartamento con múltiples desperfectos que deberían haberse detectado y solucionado antes de entregarlo al siguiente huésped. Mi recomendación es clara: no reservaría este apartamento ni volvería a confiar en la gestión de Novasol

Estancia muy agradable en Estepona

Urbanización privada con piscina y plaza de parking soterrado. Junto a senda litoral, se comunica rápidamente andando con el centro del pueblo y la playa principal. Carrefour a dos minutos a pie. Aire acondicionado, camas confortables. Zona tranquila, sin ruidos. Hemos disfrutado de la estancia.

Dada la categoría del inmueble, creo que puntos como sofá y cuartos de baño, deberían limpiarse con mayor profundidad.

Urbanización privada con piscina y plaza de parking soterrado. Junto a senda litoral, se comunica rápidamente andando con el centro del pueblo y la playa principal. Carrefour a dos minutos a pie. Aire acondicionado, camas confortables. Zona tranquila, sin ruidos. Hemos disfrutado de la estancia.

Dada la categoría del inmueble, creo que puntos como sofá y cuartos de baño, deberían limpiarse con mayor profundidad.
