We had an awesome stay at the property. The location was within easy walking distance of the beach and downtown area.

Great location, clean apartment and good value. Our only complaint is the bedrooms were a little warm at night. Would stay here again

Highly recommend this home to any family looking for a rental in Siesta Key. Can walk to town within a few minutes and close drive to beaches. The home is super cozy, and master bed is very comfortable! Not something you find at all rentals. Tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and bikes are provided. Can't recommend enough!

We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay here. It is close Siesta Village and a short drive to the main parking lot for the beach. We also had great weather!
Siesta Key was convenient to visiting our family in Venice, Northport, and Tampa.
Thank you so much ❤️

This place is great! Great location just minutes from the heart of siesta key. The place is well stocked with every cooking utensil you could need, beach towels, and blankets. The outside has a great charcoal grill, bikes, and beach chairs! The owner is super friendly and accommodating. 10/10 loved our stay.

The home has a great location. House has everything you will need for beach including plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. It’s very close to the village which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. It is a multi family home so other people stay at the other units. Host was available and responsive when needed ! Would highly recommend !

Spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable! Our family of 7 truly enjoyed our stay here. Kids used bikes everyday. We cooked meals here and had all we needed in kitchen to do so.
Easy ride or walk to beach & town using sidewalks. We ran into a few other residents of the building and they were very friendly and if we didn’t run into them in driveway coming & going we would have never known they were there. The place felt like ours! Thank you for a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay, but the cleaners did not do a good job before our visit. The hall bathroom had some major issues, The comforters needed to be cleaned and there were several dirty pots and pans.
We removed the comforters and cleaned up the things we needed ourselves and enjoyed our stay. Great location and nice to have beach chairs and toys available.

Father and 3 children (15,15 and20) short get away. Loved the bikes getting easily to the local beach. Also a short walk to many restaurants. Ideal location as easy short drive to main attractions such as ringling, Shelby garden and mote aquarium. Host Kathy responded to any questions immediately. Kids want to live there now!! Siesta beach as good as advertised.

We selected this unit because we could bring our dog and nearby Seista Key Beach. We did 4 weeks here and overall enjoyed our stay at this nice 3 bedroom, 2nd floor apartment in a 2 story converted house. It was well stocked with every household and kitchen-related equipment and supplies we needed, including extras like beach towels, bikes, and beach chairs/wagon! The hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests.
The back yard was beautiful with patio chairs/table, and Adirondack chairs, but it is not private. Sunning times were mostly in the morning. The back yard is split in two with a fence and gate for the 2 dog friendly, VBRO apartments. We knew that this was VBRO Unit #2 at this location, but we were surprised that there were 2 other additional, longer-term rental apartments here too. The laundry room is accessed at all hours by the people via the back yard patio area called “ours”. The sliding door to the launder room was removed so, at times, it got noisy with 2 washing machines and 3 driers running. Access to one of the other longer term rentals was via our portion of the back yard which created some awkward hellos. When this person came and went he often times left the sliding gate open so we had to run over to close it so our dog wouldn’t run out.
The house was on a road that could be busy at times, making it a challenge at times to pull out of the driveway.
The nearby Seista Key Beach/Park is about a 5 minute drive through the Seista Key Village. The beach is what we came for and it is a great beach with sand made from quartz, so the sand doesn’t get too hot to walk on. It is a great walking beach like at Daytona; not many on the southern gulf coast of Florida! Only bad thing is that we couldn’t walk our dog on the beach - that may be a good thing for non-dog lovers. We did walk our dog along the Seista Key Beach parking lot, around the pond and grassy beach-access way at the far end of the parking area. A dog friendly “Turtle Beach” is located on the southern part of Seista Key; approximately a 10 minute drive but it isn’t a hard, packed sand walking beach.

This was good! The only problem was we weren’t able to get into our VRBO for an hour and a half after we were supposed to check in.

Excellent unit
Perfect for my friends and I, all the items you need to cook, etc. Beach towels and chairs were extremely handy. Location was perfect as it was very close to Sarasota, but right at the beginning of the Siesta “strip” Will definitely stay again!
