Personne en charge du petit-déjeuner très aimable.
Personnel peu aimable. Anglais très approximatif. Personne ne parle un mot de français. Très impersonnel.
La climatisation était incontrôlable. Donc gros rhume le matin.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laguna Resort and couldn't recommend it highly enough! The resort itself is in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and is so peaceful and quiet. Our apartment was clean, spacious, modern and extremely comfortable. There is a fantastic swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers, and the resort also has a cafe/bar where you can have a drink and get some food. The staff at the resort were so friendly and welcoming, and they even organised a special surprise for my wife's birthday. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already planning to come back next year!

everything was amazing I stayed here before but came back for a second time wasnt peak time so was quiet but was nice for a break they even let us have late checkout as we weren’t being collected until 6.30 it was my partners birthday and they brought around bottle of wine and pastries on the day they helped with everything and even let us know there is free bikes available to use if we would like

Second time here - different from the summer season, very quiet but with the same level of service. The facilities are very good, very well equipped, generous spaces. It's near to the beach (less than 5m by car) and Vilamoura center. The staff is very welcoming and ready to support with any question. A very nice place to spend some quiet and recharging days, surrounded by nature. We did not use the swimming pool this time, because the weather was not warm enough for us :) A place to go repeat!

great staff, couldn’t do enough for you. very clean and spacious apartments. We asked them to provide us with a cake, fruit platter and Prosecco for a birthday! They did a fantastic job and decorated the room that was a lovely touch

lovely grounds and the apartment was spacious and well kept, everything you need for a self catering holiday
a little bit further from the Marina and beach than expected, but a lovely walk into the centre.

Apartment was very nice, modern and well appointed with excellent A/C. Very well equipped kitchen area and friendly staff with a cute swimming pool and walking distance to shops and Vilamoura. The hotel also offered free push bikes.

Extremely clean, beautiful apartment over three floors . Two large bedrooms both with en-suites and great showers. Efficient air conditioning. Two very large balconies with views across neighbouring golf course
Lack of information examples being location of supermarkets, car/bike hire. 14 euros for basic buffet breakfast was too expensive. Remote location meant that we had to use Uber or taxis to get around

Spotlessly clean, large, airy Villa. Friendly, attentive, efficient staff. Lovely pool area.
No “Welcome Pack” in the Villa giving us local information e.g. taxis, quickest route to the marina, nearest supermarket, bike hire etc.

The villa/townhouse was lovely. It was nicely decorated and had everything you needed. The pool area was fantastic as it was nice and relaxing to rest at and a great size to enjoy swimming in.

Apartment excellent and so well equipped. Pool area and grounds really nice. Staff very pleasant.
The bar and restaurant was slightly overpriced and only opened until 8pm. This meant that it was often empty and lacked any atmosphere. It is a shame as we may have spent a couple of evenings having a meal and drinks there.
The apartments are a 30 minute walk to the marina which we knew about before booking. It can be a bit too far to walk in the heat though so got a couple of taxis (cost 6-8 Euros)
