Parfait pour un séjour au calme en famille

Très déçu - Accueil exécrable et manque total d'hygiène !

La maison est située dans un endroit très calme. Présence d'un parking. La situation de la maison permet de visiter pas mal de sites touristes intéressants à proximité. Le chauffage est efficace. Lave-vaisselle performant mais attention en le refermant, la porte se ferme rapidement et brutalement ce qui peut surprendre et casser des verres si vous n'avez pas repoussez le tiroir à fond. La pièce principale est agréable et bien décorée, néanmoins si vous venez à 8, vous manquerez de place. CONTRAIREMENT A CE QU'ESSAYE DE FAIRE CROIRE LE PROPRIETAIRE AVEC SON COMMENTAIRE PLACE SOUS MA PUBLICATION, IL N'Y A AUCUNE ERREUR DE RESERVATION. LES PHOTOS POSTEES TEMOIGNENT DE LA VERACITE DE MES PROPOS !!!

L'incompétence et le manque de professionnalisme de la personne qui assure la remise des clefs et l'état des lieux. Après 7h00 de route et en ayant confirmé l'heure d'arrivée la veille du départ ainsi que 3 heures avant notre arrivée, c'est très désagréable de se retrouver devant une porte fermée sans informations pendant 1h30 ! Aucune réponse aux messages envoyés pendant plus d'1 heure. Toutes les affirmations ci-dessous peuvent être prouvées par des photos. - La hotte était grasse et visiblement plus lavée depuis des mois. - Présence quotidienne de souris et d'excréments sur les meubles et dans les casseroles. - Ustensiles de cuisines rongés par les souris. - Restes d'aliments des précédents locataires dans les casseroles et assiettes. - Poils pubiens sur la toilette. - Possibilité d'écrire sur les rebords intérieurs des fenêtres tellement il y a de la poussière. - Evier de salle de bain non nettoyé. - Rebords de lampes remplis de défécations de mouches. - Four immonde, présence de divers aliments et de poils. - Température de la maison à notre arrivée 9° ! Il a fallu près de 3 heures pour que celle-ci soit correctement chauffée. Présence importante d'humidité et de moisissures. - Cabine de douche à l'étage vieillissante et jaunâtre. - 6 places disponibles autour de la table. Si vous souhaitez manger à 8, 2 personnes sont obligées de manger sur le bar. - 6 places disponibles au niveau du salon (2 confortables et 4 sur des fauteuils en bois). - Les 2 salles de bain sont correctement équipées mais prévues pour une seule personne car trop exigües. Une des 2 salles de bain accueille une toilette, à 6 ou 8 il est indispensable d'être bien organisé et rapide si chacun doit prendre sa douche le matin. - Si vous mesurez 1,90 m, les nuits seront compliquées. 1,4 m x 2 m pour 2 adultes, c'est peu. L'espace disponible autour des lits est très réduit. 1 seule commode 3 tiroirs pour 2 personnes pour ranger vos vêtements.
