- Nice location, spacious and clean room, friendly staff
- Comfortable beds and pillows
- The toilet, very unhandy placed too close to the door
- The coffee at the bar (we did not have breakfast)
- The hotel does not communicate the provider to charge your car, we weren’t able to charge our electric car and this was an important factor to choose this hotel
- Unfortunately the pool was closed a few days before arriving

The location is perfect as it is walking distance to the michelin star restaurant that we had made reservations.
The surrounding of the hotel is nice with a gorgeous view looking down to the Playa de Concha.
The guest room is really basic with no decorations, no coffee machine, no soap other than one soap dispenser in the shower.
The room is small compared to similar priced accommodation.
Overall it is just not quite a 4-star accommodation I anticipated.
