Well-appointed, and a central location

The warm greeting on arrival, and at breakfast the gollowing morning as a returning guest, was appreciated along with the fulfillment of my request for a specific room.
2 late night (4am) noisy revellers a little way down the street that could have been moved on/asked to be quieter

Location, staff, and AC
Carpet (white carpet makes it look dirty), bathroom has no counter space, toiletries are dry on skins
