Um lugar a que voltarei sem duvida

Pessoalmente acho gosto de localizaçoes centrais que rapidamente estamos em qq lugas sem estar ao pé de nada. Gostei de forma geral de tudo nesta estadia.

The fact that was well ubicated, even though it was far from the Airport. It had a lot of stores and supermarket nearby. The cleanliness was as well quite good. The bar and its employees was perfect. Many options to eat and they are very helpful, plus drinks are delicious. The inside pool was amazing, the temperature perfect to relax, the maintenance everything.

The only thing I didn't like was we were 3 people, however they put only 2 beds. It had a sofa-cama but there were no sheets to use it so we managed to sleep 3 in 2 beds.

Good

The hotel is ok, more of a 3* though. Room was spacious and good for family of 4, they provided a cot. Pool is big but water super cold even in the kids pool so not really enjoyable for kids. Minigolf on site, one of the girls at the reception very kind and nice.

Water in the pool is cold Bed is very unconfortable Fruits at breakfast wasnt fresh, at one point even spoiled

Thoroughly enjoyable

Everything… just ideal. Our apartment was spacious and cleaned ever day

A bit far out from things but I wouldn’t let that put you off. We took an Uber into Alvor every evening so budget for that… return it was about €8

Great location, does the job but can be improved

Range of activities/ amenities, location (walking distance to local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets), <10min drive to beach and town, spacious rooms

Fence around perimeter of the pool accessible only with keycard (which had to be reset twice during our stay), dirty room balcony, incredibly thin toilet paper false economy (used twice as much!), €1 per arcade game can become expensive

Lovely hotel just too far from nearest town.

Out of the way from anything. At least a 10 minute taxi ride away from a town.

Superb

As with previous stays here , the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms are always incredibly clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. Larger than average.

Being on the ground floor by the entrance we suffered a lot of noise from children running up and down the corridor and above us with young children running around at 5am-6am which obviously woke us up and became very annoying. Would suggest couples without children or older couples to stay on 2 nd or 3rd floor to avoid the same situation. This was the only thing that let our stay down.

The hotel is good value for money - the rooms could do with some updating and modernising Also the pool area needs a facelift seats are worn and the indoor pool is very dated

Traumatic

The staff urgently need to be educated about politeness. The last day I get for free because the receptionist has been abnormally arrogant with me, zero hospitality. I was not supposed to complain but when I was about to take my breakfast the employees of the restaurant just screamed with me asking if I had paid for the breakfast. Not even a hello or good morning before checking properly that our bf was included. Traumatic. I’ll never go in this hotel again and I don’t suggest you to get tempted with the good building they have, you can get better option. The indoor poor is not warm enough. I’m so sorry for the manager that attend us well, but it did not been enough to compensate the lack of professionalism of the other’s employees.

worth the value.

Worth the value. There is indoor swimming pool and the kids can have fun in winter.

the hotel doesn’t change the towels everyday and there is no towel provided in swimming pool.

Perfect stay next to an absolute brilliant beach

- the facilities were brilliant.. 3 pools including the indoor temp controlled pool - play area for the kids, game room, gym - the breakfast was good with a wide spread including hot meals - the staff was really courteous and always smiling - the on-site restaurant was good too..

- the rooms should be vacuum cleaned every day. Considering the location is close to the beach and when we come back we bring back sand, the floor should be cleaned - also beach towels / pool towels should be given free of cost. you cannot expect tourists to travel with pool towels - while the breakfast was pretty nice it would have been great to have atleast 1 new item every day. after 4 days the breakfast became a bit repetitive
