Staff was nice. Bed, bedding and towels were nice. Liked the balcony and 2 chairs. Unable to check in early.
Room was miniscule, apparently smaller than the other hotel rooms. I chairs and tight between bed and desk. Construction was noisy but workers were exceptionally kind. Breakfast was okay, but no hit food at all. Appreciated the A/C. The booking description didn't match, said we would have an extra toilet and dressing room (the space would have been appreciated) and would be charged for bedding and towels (we weren"t). I pointed out the discrepancy to the front desk and manager.

Balcon
Absence de bouchon pour la baignoire donc pas de possibilité de prendre un bain.

On our booking confirmation confirmation it say we would have a room with balcony but the hotel have no rooms with balcony. Also the hotel was in the middle of a major noisy and dusty renovation
We were not informed before check-in about the isues above
