Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmergröße für Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend. Großes Schwimmbad, schönes Restaurant mit großer Getränkeauswahl. Hervorragendes Frühstück. WLAN Top. Sehr freundliche Empfangsdame, spricht englisch und deutsch!

Betten waren etwas schmal.

Pěkné a velmi dobře odhlučněné pokoje s balkónem, v našem případě i s krásným výhledem na přístaviště. Příjemný wellness. Skvělá snídaně s velkým výběrem. Dostatek parkovacích míst. Dobrá dostupnost MHD do centra města.

Jen drobnosti, např. nedostatek odkládacích ploch na pokoji, žádné kosmetické zrcátko v koupelně.

Ładnie wykończone wnętrza, wygodne łóżko, doskonałe kosmetyki, udogodnienia w postaci spa, akceptowanie zwierząt (+ smaczki i ręczniczek), bliskość restauracji oraz baru (obsługa bardzo miła, a jedzenie pyszne), dostępne miejsca parkingowe, pięknie pachnące wnętrza (zarówno pokój, jak i pomieszczenia spa), widok na jezioro.

Gdybym miała zostać na dłużej to brakowało mi trochę miejsca na rozpakowanie rzeczy (ale to cena minimalistycznego i schludnego urządzenia pokoju).

Spa, breakfast, room, staff

Staff is professional, kind and smiling making your stay a pleasant experience. Food was delicious, breakfast offers many options (maybe only fruits weren't fresh and nice); half board is highly suggested, dinner at terrace restaurant is a lovely moment of the day, gulas fest was exceptional. Location is the key of this hotel and if you have a room with view over the lake makes your stay even more romantic. Room was tidy and very comfortable, maybe only lacking more space to hang the clothes

Only unpleasant experience was the spa zone, unfortunately some families with kids let them play loudly in the pool area. Hotel could forbid the access to kids in what is supposed to be a wellness area, to relax and rest, not an aquapark where to play and jump.

Beautiful lake view! Staff extremely friendly. Sofa bed super comfy. Great various dishes at the breakfast. Realy recommended.

There are no comfortable entrance at the lake, there are no sighns where is swiming area.

Good lake view, nice doggy welcome package, which is rare.Great breakfast, dedicated barista who is making your breakfast coffee, great terrace for breakfast with nice view. Great rule:spa is adult's only after 7pm. Amount and variety of saunas. Polite, positive and nice staff.

Not enough parking space, I believe not hotel guests are also parking there. Elevators are old and you have to open inner door from inside manually (makes it complicated when ypu have luggage) I don't think such things should be in a 4 star hotel. Not enough storage space in the room.

We had half board and it says that the restaurant is open until 11pm. However thr half board buffet closes at 9pm. So we only had half an hour to eat...

I have received 2 rooms for two adults and a 7 year old child. So i had to pay an extra room but that was not necessary

An amazing place for those who want to run away from the busy city and spend some time at the nature and wake up listening to the birds songs. Hotel is located near a beautiful lake. Rooms are quite big, beds are comfy. Not big variety of choice for the breakfast, but has everything what I usually have (eggs, veggies, ham, cheese, coffee). One of not many hotels of this price which offers fresh juice (it was a nice surprise)

Room Interior is nice and modern. Breakfast was with large seöection. And Mimosa makes mornings better. Location is good if you have look then view from room is also nice.

Spa is small only with one pool, its ridiculous to ask money for jaccuzzi, Interior is just put things to place.. nothing special and memoriabl
