The room in itself wasn't bad. Good size, the bed(s) and closets were nice. Minibar was alright (although we didn't use it). Location had good connections with buses, and a lot of pleasant restaurants nearby.
As we entered our room, it was looking alright. As we kept unpacking, we noticed bugs in the hallway and the bathroom. This is the kind that is usually found in basements and damp areas in my experience (silverfish). We were on the 5th floor. We found stickers on the bathtub. Vents were full of dust. There were also signs of black mold in the grout in the bathroom, as well as signs of water damage on the skirting boards along the floor. Generally the place's cleaning and maintenance was poor.

The room was very nice and big
Breakfast was bad

Located in a decent neighborhood, walking distance to Casa Milla etc sightseeing places, also many good restaurants next door
Housekeeping service and quality could be better.

The location was exceptional, no classic tourists on the streets. Great restaurants and lively neighbourhood full of Spaniards, big shops, and walking distance to the biggest attractions in town.
The rooms were worn out. Also didn’t get any information of the facilities or so, just got the cards when we arrived.

+1) simply huge Executive Suits rooms, about 35 square meters!
+2) the bathroom has two sinks and a bathtub with a bidet.
+3) there is a workplace and a pleasant balcony with white curtains that will create coziness with the windows open.
+4) in the bar of the room everything you need from drinks.
+5) there are a lot of bars, cafes and grocery stores a la Spar (down the street), I recommend a Georgian restaurant to the left of the exit, 1 min walk - KINZA with an average bill for a dish of €15, but the portions are very filling 👍❤️.
+6) Walking slowly to Plaza Catalunya - 25 minutes.
+7) they upgraded the room to a family room with two rooms for free, and when there was a break in hot water for several hours, they brought champagne to the room as a compliment.
+8) breakfast coffee is super tasty if you make 50/50% with hot milk👍.
+9) the staff is super friendly (breakfasts, cleaning) and very accommodating almost every shift at the reception 10 out of 10😇.
+/-1) breakfasts are good, but sausages are always sour (the child refused to eat all 9 nights, although this is his favorite dish for breakfast), it is better to change the supplier.
+/-2) for €90/night in December you can close your eyes to the fact that the hotel needs renovation.

Big room (it is like 2 rooms inside), furniture is nice, good location but still you have to walk 10-15min to the nearest metro station
White curtains on the balcony were very dirty and also the rug on hotel stairs was old and dirty.Breakfast is the same and basic every day. After someone had breakfast in the restaurant they dont change tablecloth, so it stays dirty and with stains from previous guests.
Toilet didnt work properly.Overall hotel looks like 3 stars and not 4 stars hotel and definately not worth the price we paid.

Central location. Helpful staff. Comfortable room. Large suite. Decent breakfast spread.
The property needs to be refurbished, some parts of the room and common areas look tired.

Location is perfect. clean Rooms. staff super friendly
Rooms are kind of outdated, common areas like the hallway to the room, the carpet was dirty, some details would be good the manager consider since the Hotel has a great location and really big rooms
7.0
We were pleased with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, which is what we expected.
What we did not expect was how old the interior is, everything is literally falling off. We had breakfast once and everything was fresh but in my opinion, the room, as well as the number of staff, was not sufficient to serve all the guests.

great hotel. Junior suite is perfect for families
6.0
We booked a Junior Suite. Room was big, separating slide door provided privacy
Hotel requires maintenance, redecoration. It lacks detail. Cleaning was ok but again, it lacked details. Printer at the lobby does not work.
5.0
good location, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the food was good the staff were nice.
the cleaning of the rooms wasn’t on a regular hour on the morning ,instead, they were cleaning on the evenings (6pm)!
7.0
Location was very good and room was quite spacious and nice. Reception gave a map and good tips of interesting sights and how to get there.
The sound isolation in the room was quite poor, we could easily hear neighboring rooms (people talking, tv, music, toilet, doors closing) and the corridor very easily, also in the middle of the night people coming and going and doors making noise, which affected sleeping. Breakfast was otherwise nice but every morning some of the dishes were finished, it looked like only one person working in the restaurant and the person didn't have time to re-fill all dishes and clean up the tables.
