The reception was good, but there is no restaurant, they do not clean the rooms daily, and there is no internet wifi not working

excellent location, comfortable rooms

there was no lift. one of our group has difficulty walking so had difficulty going up and down stairs all the time.

Staff was very kind and helpful especially Mustafa bey who tried to help in any small issue which even was not related to the hotel. Room was clean with the balcony. Location was super. Literally less than 100 steps to the beach. Breakfast also was good. Briefly ,advise to all travellers to Marmaris

the staff shocking, the hotel shocking, the thievery. booked 6 rooms but only given 5 with no refund. had to book elsewhere. no clean towels even though other rooms received cleaned towels daily - I know this because I booked 6 rooms (but given 5) lol. location spot on however the staff and hotel absolutely shocking. booked double beds and paid for double beds yet only given single ! nightmare place

Nothing, just the staff was alright. Other than that it was nothing really that i liked.

This overall experience was just horrendous. At first i thought i was gonna stay at the hotel i booked at which looked nice and value for my money. It eventually did not meet what i booked. I got redirected to a WAY different hotel (Seren Sari hotel) which looked, smelled and felt disgusting to be in. I would love to get a refund for this, i really had to book a different hotel and pay so much money for a decent stay.

On our 1st night they put us on 3rd flood I have bad knees and before I even asked about a different room the man must have seen a look of pain on my face as he said 'we will be able to move you tomorrow to a lower floor if you would like.' Which they did. The staff were always very polite and friendly. The room was a little small but was clean and well kept. It could have maybe done with tea or coffee making facilities however we managed without. The location was perfect for us. Close to everything we could want or need. I will definitely stay here again but bring my own kettle next time.

There was nothing that I didn't like really. As I stated before tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice but we were okay without.

Put in twin rooms when we booked a double, wi-fi doesn't work in the rooms, unhelpful staff and after all that were completely ignored when we asked for a small amount of compensation.

Great location steps away from the beach, also steps away from the main road where you can easily catch a dolmus to wherever you'd like to explore.. Close to lots of restaurants, just walk down the side of the hotel and you are on a beach strip, with free sunbeds beautiful ocean.. Really exceptionally lovely staff, really helpful and friendly and accommodated my love for the cats, nice breakfast. Pool is absolutely stunning

It is not clear on the app that wifi does not work in the rooms. You have to go to wifi spots within the hotel.. Reception, pool, lobby Oh was not thrilled with the shower that leaked, onto the bathroom floor, but managed OK.

The location is quite good, the hotel is probably the worst I’ve been to.

Everything! Staff were horrible. Rooms were nasty and was not very clean. Got told off for asking for a new towel. Apparently they provide new towels every week instead of every day.

we booked this room as a last day on our holiday as our hotel we were in was booked up and wouldn't be able to keep the room for us, we on a 3am flight home it is a very tired hotel the steps to get in the pool were very loose the curtains were hanging off the pole however the staff were the nicest people you could meet. Also I was charged twice for my room as I couldn't prove I had paid as the internet wasn't working in the room so what was cheap and cheerful was expensive The hotel is very run down and dated plus the aircon didn't work.

The hotel has a great location in Marmaris. The staff very friendly.

Short staffed and not paying attention on cleaning the rooms on regular basis. The hotel needs deep cleaning also some facilities need to be updated such as bathroom.
