I could not fault anything about this property, it was excellent and we were very happy.
From the moment we checked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities were excellent and the apartment was extremely clean.
I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

It would be ideal if then hotel could provide a buggy to transport luggage from hotel reception to the apartments

The location is good, the view from the terrace was nice
It was always quite hot inside the apartment, although the fans were working. Most probably because it is located just under the roof, so the fans should be more powerful. Also there was no iron.

Good location a short walk from Bellagio town centre
There are very few apartments in Bellagio and we soon realised that it’s impossible to buy food, drink or even a pint of milk, particularly at the weekend. We had to go to Como for even basic provisions.
On check in, we were told to go to the hotel 7-8 mins walk away as there was no ability of the apartment block (which incidentally is rooms above the hotel gym). The hotel staff were very offhand and only seemed interested in the “proper” hotel guests.
There is no information booklet in the apartment, with the only sign saying to make sure you wash up and empty the bins. The room itself is old fashioned and rustic. We were surprised at this as it is actually part of the hotel and in its grounds.
