It was a comprehensive breakfast and we enjoyed it.
There were a lot of rules and, at times, we were unaware that we were breaking them until we were reprimanded. We felt the staff approached us (and we witnessed this with other guests) with a deficit mindset, that is, they were expecting us to do something wrong and were ready to correct us.

Excellent location. Friendly staff.

Hotel Broletto was comfortable enough. The rooms are basic, beds comfortable and breakfast generous.
There is no common space for guests, just the rooms. Taxis at the train station are hard to come by on Sundays.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Towels were changed every day and bed made up. Receptionist arranged transport to Verona airport, which was excellent and a good price.
Not enough storage space, bathroom too narrow and access to the shower was not easy. Decor was drab. No way of controlling air con.
