Everything was fresh ,clean ,tidy ,easy to access
Well, unfortunately, the bathroom door would get stuck with the floor, and there was a horrible smell, my guess from the drain in the bathroom.

The location is convenient and easy to find, plenty of free parking. Secure access to the hotel and checkin. Comfortable beds and relaxing rain shower. Good sized rooms and beds, mini bar fridge with complimentary bottled water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Has plenty of power points and charging points too for devices.
The remote control for the reverse cycle AC wasn’t working and ensuite bathroom for the room we stayed in, was a little bit smaller than we expected, and a little bit tighter in space to manoeuvre around in but nothing to worry about and still has a good modern design.

Didn’t have breakfast, room was clean.
I asked for a ground level room .My mother has difficulty with stairs as she has a wheely walker. We were not told it had no lift so she had to use the stairs which was distressing for her.

Very good, locate in a quite area

what I didn’t like was our last night and we check out in the morning . there is a group they check in on the 25 and we check out on the 26 they were drunk and kicking the room and swearing and they left and come back and do the same thing . we were scared and not go back to sleep because of the noise . it’s happened at 2 o’clock in the morning . everything from our check in was very good and this people ruined our last night . i was going to call the police no security to come in and check what happened
