Lovely room and staff
No lift - but knew this in advance. Location run down.

Very friendly and helpful staff, all of whom spoke at least some English. A beautiful and elegant property that was a pleasure to stay at, and extremely comfortable. Location is a little out of the way but still a handy 10-12 minute walk to about 4 different metro stations, and only 20-25 to central Santiago.
Nothing really, everything was great.

Beautiful garden, wonderful breakfast, and amazing staff
The location is a little bit off city center in an upcoming residential area, but within 15 minutes’ walk to the president Palace
