Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, good dinner options in restaurant for vegetarians.
Nothing. It is a relatively old house, not luxurious, but fully appropriate to the price.

For a 1-night stay very convenient, located right at the main road which was didn't bother us. It's a typical Swiss place, lots of wood, simple, but everything well-kept. The room was good, comfy beds. Bathroom not big but functional. Everything very clean. Restaurant had typical Swiss fare and nothing fancy, as expected, but what they served was well done and tasty. Breakfast was great, with super fresh dark bread, really good cheese etc.
We didn't regret having booked this and will keep it in mind for a next time when we have a stop-over in the area.
There is a gas station in front (we knew this) which makes it less of a picturesque place despite the gorgeous landscape. And count with stairs to reach the hotel and then your room. The pillows were a bit too soft for us.

Beautifully located by a stunning lake, this hotel has spacious rooms, very high cleanliness and very friendly and helpful staff. They were even able to accommodate my dietary requirements. The proximity to amazing forests and mountains is unbeatable. Car parking on the premises is free for guests. The room was quiet despite the proximity of the hotel to a road.

Great stay on the Via Spluga hiking trail - the staff were very friendly and we had a good recovery there before the next hiking stage.
