Average facilities. Not very clean

Property is average.

Bed room wasn’t clean enough. Yea & coffee facilities were there but kettle was broken.

Disappointing

I had stayed for two days , rooms are good but food quality is not good . Also breakfast was tasteless. Dinner was pathetic , service and vegetable quality was very bad . I won't recommend any body to stay .

Food quality was very poor . Service is very slow .

lovely comfortable stay with very good breakfast, clean hotel with good facilities

Clean, spacious, nice room with really nice toiletries in the bathroom and a very good breakfast with lots of choice. I travelled with my elderly mother in her wheelchair and we had a very good experience of this hotel, with good lifts facility. one staff member I would like to thank named Samit was very helpful with assisting us. overall we had a pleasant comfortable stay. thank you, I look forward to staying there again.

Location and courteous housekeeping staff

Very arrogant, unapologetic owner. Who accepted the flaws but didn't have the courtesy to apologise for the mistake. Dirty toilet at the time of entering the room. Bedsheets dirty and unchanged

If you don't find better hotel then this is your last hope.

Ground level staff was nice and friendly.

Not cleaned, no towel or toilet roll after room service. Fridge were dirty and old. Kettle was so dirty, couldn't make tea in room.

Reception department was helpful.

Location was ideal for our stay. Bonus was breakfast included with Continental included. You can have food ordered in the comfort of your room.

Breakfast was very good, Location was prime. However the room was very dirty and the charges I paid was abnormally high. I got to know the actual room charges are much lesser than what I have paid

nothing much, it is very basic and not the 4 star rating attached to it, more like 2 star

The bedding wasn’t crisp and clean as you would expect in a hotel, the floor was dirty, the bathroom items were very basic

. Gym We booked this hotel because it advertised a gym but we were informed that the gym was under renovation. They should have updated their website of this fact The breakfast was bit disappointing
