Location idéal before travelling on.
Found beds a bit uncomfortable

Very clean and comfortable. Staff welcoming and helpful
Shower units in baths are not good for elderly visitors.
Walk in showers should be installed in some .rooms so that they can be requested ahead of arrival.

Perfect location for an over night stay with an early morning flight. Kids enjoyed the foosball table.
The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable and bed squeaked every time you moved.

The location of the hotel was excellent for our needs. Could not be nearer to the tram stop. Breakfast being included was a bonus and there was a good choice. The evening reception staff were helpful.
The restaurant at the hotel was closed on the night that we stayed but we did not have prior knowledge of this so had to find an alternative which after a full day was not our preferred choice as we would have liked to have stayed in the hotel to eat. We had stayed at another hotel in the City - an Ibis Budget - the beds in the Budget hotel far exceeded the comfort of the beds at this hotel. The overall condition of the hotel is rather tired especially in the public areas and in the bathroom of our room. At breakfast there were footprints across the whole restaurant area in a red liquid - on first sight it appeared to be blood but we think it was probably red wine. The morning staff did not do anything about cleaning it up. To one side of the hotel has an encampment of travellers which is not very welcoming when you overlook this side of the hotel from your room and is noisy.
