Excellent choice to stay right in the heart of the city

The room was perfectly comfortable for my little family. We slept exceptionally well, even late into the morning. We were greeted warmly even though we arrived late in the evening. It was absolutely a delightful first experience in Paris for my little girls (second time for me ☺️)

Unpleasant stay

Nothing

- The walls are so thin that I could hear people talking and watching TV next to you. It feels like I am sleeping with other people I don’t know. In the morning you wake up whenever your next door wakes up, which for me unfortunately was 7am - The receptionist is unfriendly and did not made me feel welcome. Also got rejected to have breakfast in the morning for no reason.

Très bon petit déjeuner copieux Les comptoirs étaient toujours bien remplis la salle à manger était propre La gouvernante était aux petits soins avec chaque Client Attentionnée chaleureuse et faisait son possible de répondre à toutes les questions des clients

Loved it

It has a nice atmosphere

The taxi we arrange to pick us up at. 8 didn’t turn up . The evening reception said they had pre booked , the morning duty lady said it want and was to be honest a bit rude in not accepting we had pre booked it . Small detail thankfully we had lots of time .

Comfortable convenient stay away from the tourist crowds

For a three-star hotel in a local neighbourhood of Paris, this delivered exactly what I was hoping for - a small but comfortable room, nice bathroom, convenient to the metro, away from the tourist crush. Not a four star but felt nicer than a three star. Staff was polite and helpful. Would stay again!

Professionalism, courteousness and helpfulness of the staff. The location and convenience to both the Metro and RER B to the hotel. The availability of restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries.

Good hotel. Would book again.

The hotel's nice and in a decent spot, close to good restaurants and bars in Montparnasse. Hot shower, comfortable bed. Enough room to enjoy a stay for two people.

Soaps in shower and toilet tissue not in abundance. Didn't take away from a decent stay.

Great location, great value for money.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Metro Alesia. Great restaurants and cafes and excellent supermarket closeby. Room was comfortable and clean.

some of the staff were friendly and very helpful while others were quite the opposite. The hotel is located about a five minute walk from the train as well as bus station which was quite convenient.

The smell from the bathrooms was absolutely horrendous. so much so that we had to place a towel under the door to keep the smell from coming out. The rooms were poorly lit. The lamp over the bathroom sink was broken as well as the shelf next to the sink. The shower leaked water over the entire left side of the bathroom.

I would visit again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The location was walking distance to a metro and everything was accessible. All in all I was very please.

One thing that I would have welcomed, would be small coffee makers in the room!

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful! They went out of there way to get us a last minute taxi to the airport when our Uber cancelled.

The room was small for a family and the shower isn’t enclosed so the entire bathroom floor gets wet.

Value for money. Not far from main attractions, metro is just few min away and supermarket also.

I liked the beds they were really comfy . Location is also nice bit further from road so noises are reduced. Bathrooms spacious.

Defenitly i didn't like the fact that i could hear everymove of my neighbour while we were in bed...

Beautiful rooms, you have plenty of space, bathroom as well. Quiet place, finally!!! Clean room and comfortable beds.

No parking place... It's a pity. They've suggested us a parking place nearby, if i remember good, 500 m which would have been 40€/night...quite a lot...so we refused it categorycal...we found other solution with the parking pplaces next the hotel, on the street side parking places...
