The hotel is in a fantastic location - right in the historic heart of Troyes, near restaurants, bars and shops.
Safe, underground parking with direct access to the hotel a bonus.
A very good breakfast!
Nothing, everything was great.
Unfortunately, we were victims of a scam the week before we arrived at the hotel when we received message informing us it was necessary to confirm our booking with card details. We should have realised it was a scam as we were contacted by whats app, not booking.com. However, we did fall for it and it was obviously very inconvenient to have the card blocked as it was the card we needed to use for the week of our holiday before our stay at Troyes.
The hotel were very apologetic for the inconvenience caused. But just a reminder that booking.com will never ask you to provide card details via what’s app!!

The location, the secure car park and the staff were lovely
We have stayed here quite often over the last few years. The carpets were filthy and the curtains had holes in the black out backing. It is definitely in need of some TLC and I don’t think it’s value for money. Don’t think we’ll be staying here again
