Las camas muy comodas y grandes. El desayuno bueno y variado y el cafe muy bueno. El personal muy atento y simpatico. Situado en una calle muy tranquila y a 3 minutos de Gran Via. Repetiremos sin duda.
La puerta del wc de la habitacion es corredera, pesa mucho y queda abierta por los dos lados, si hay alguien sentado te ven desde la cama y si hay alguien en la ducha te ven al abrir puerta de entrada a la habitacion. Por no hablar de que salen todos los olores.

Fantastic central location, very clean, cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and helped coordinate when to clean the room at the best times so it wouldn’t disturb us, great breakfast buffet, and overall helpful and nice staff. Great internet for working, but bring a travel router or Ethernet cable if you’re doing remote work with Zoom calls. However when connected by cable I got a stable 100/100mbps connection and the port was located right under the work desk.
While the internet connection was really fast, the Wifi reception in the room was terrible. There is a small gym that even has some weights, but they skip from 6kg to 16kg so missing all of the weights that are most commonly used by most people which made it kind of useless. They have some cardio machines but we walked so much in Madrid they were kind of pointless.

Great hotel and great breakfast each day!! Really good location even though it's out of central Sol it's still lively but a bit quieter at night so you won't be kept awake!

The property is well located close to everything, whilst also also in a quiet area. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and the breakfast staff wonderful.

Good location and breakfast. So near of plaza España with a great variety of restaurants and things to do.
If you have a lot of luggage Is better to take a taxi, because it is difficult to carry them throght Subway.

Breakfast was good although not much to offer for those that don't eat meat. The space allocated is kind of small and you need to make an appointment for larger groups (communicate the time of breakfast in advance). Nice and helpful people working there.

Decent hotel at a convenient location.
Room AC didn’t appear to work properly. Room was either too hot or too cold. when hot air conditioner had to be turned off and windows had to be opened (this is how the front desk explained it to us). This is very much inconvenient specially in cold months like early February.

Good location within walking distance of a several tourist sites and public transit. Rooms are pretty basic, but have everything one needs. Mini-kitchenette in the room is a huge bonus. Very friendly staff. Reception staff went beyond basics - for example, when we realized that the time for our booked tour in another city would not be ideal, they called the ticket office and arranged for the change in tour time.
Rooms facing the street are very noisy during morning/day hours as they face the yard of a public school. Rooms facing the courtyard are nicely quiet. Breakfast is decent, but exactly same every day - not a problem if staying for a couple of days, but the lack of variety will become noticeable if staying longer.

To highlight, the hotel staff was always very attentive and helpful with us. The hotel itself is very good and has a great location. Breakfast 10 points, although on weekends it fills up with people and you have to be patient since the breakfast space is not very large.

The lady at the breakfast buffet is both very professional and nice.
Enough hangers in the wardrobe.
Big, comfortable bed.
Location very convenient for both city center and university.
Too many emails before the stay (actually the same email again and again).
Prepaidment not automatic via credit card but needed an extra procedure via an (outside Spain unknown) homepage, which is somehow cumbersome.
Bathtub was too small for a real bath and much less comfortable than a shower.
