The staff went above and beyond to make our stay in Istanbul comfortable and memorable. A special shout-out to Cagatay, who made us feel at home, recommended great places to eat, and showed us how to get around the city.
Seyithan was equally amazing. He took the time to recommend places to visit, shop and even wrote down and drew a map showing us which trains and buses to use to get around. His help made navigating the city so much easier!
Finally, the hotel manager, Mustapha, and his colleagues, Sahil and Seyvan, were also excellent and helped make our stay truly special.
Nothing short of amazing! We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

It’s in the very center of Beyoğlu
Very bad maintenance. In the bathroom we had broken tiles and mold. Also the the window had no sound insulation in a very central road
