Fantastico

Resort che ha soddisfatto al massimo le nostre aspettative. Vicino aeroporto, accesso al mare ottimo con bella spiaggia. Reef bellissimo, pulizia delle camere impeccabile. Staff egiziano educato, cortese e molto disponibile. Cibo ottimo, lo chef della pasta insuperabile!buon caffè e anche buon vino. Il diving della struttura propone ottime escursioni. Che dire veramente eccellente. Qualità prezzo ottima. Da tornarci immediatemente

It's very comfort and quiet place to enjoy the nature

Added more facilities and activities Food Quality need to get much better

Aqua park for adult not safe at all No one standing at the top of play game start point to monitor the guests The slop level of the Aqua not leveled enough and maybe because of water pump pressure issue too the pool depth in-front of the Aqua not enough for safety wise

We enjoyed there the view ,it's really amazing also all rooms designed to have a sea view. We liked that everything was connected and near each other. We felt that time was so short to experience everything there. The food there is so tasty. Animation team are so nice and enjoyable. Aquapark is so enjoyable for old and young people. Few steps there, and you could dive or snorkeling to see wonderful colored fish and coral reefs. You don't need to go anywhere else ..

We found that having somebody who cares about the kids in the swimming pools would be really nice for families who travel their with their kids. Also, the bed sheets were really clean but old. Hopefully, they will renew them. It would be nice to have another heated swimming pool during the night , especially in wintertime.

the staff at the beach bar are not smiling and not helpful, at the evening there is no places always at the bar or in the lobby as well

Would've preferred to sleep in a car and ear cockroaches.

Overheard the staff being sexist to women in the resort, along with being objectifying and crass. Food was abysmal at best. Windows in the rooms did not lock. The safe in the room was not accessible. Dock was closed the entire time we were there, even on days where the current was weak and there was barely any wind. Washrooms were always flooded, toilet bowls leaked in both our rooms. Sales individuals harassing you to go to their booths whenever your at the pool.

nice and good, lovely atmosphere

cozy, nice and lovely, food is good but lack lot of variety, room are nice and quiet and the view is very good, the animation team leader is good and smart, staff are nice and cooperative, animation teams ned more activity and be more creative

Food was very awful The staff not helpul and the service was very bad The managment wasn't professional at all in solving any issue I don't recommend this hotel at all

Very good experience but unfortunately was short

The view was great,food,the hotel not so big very comfortable

The bars not having a good coffee , the hotel in general needs little bit caring and maintaining and will be extremely perfect
