Close to the bus station, calm, nice staff. Nothing more to add.
The bed sheets weren't great and if you move a little during the night you'll be in direct contact with the mattress because the fitted sheets don't stay in place. The hotel itself is quite impersonal and doesn't have much soul. The "hobbit" name sells something more homey.

Just down the road was an amazing restaurant (converted church) for food and drink. Highly recommended.
Breakfast was poor value for money.
