Primarily the location. It is at the heart of the city with easy access to metro to move around the city
No elevator and very thin spiral shaped stairs. Most of the tourists would come with luggage and it is really hard to carry your luggage up the floors without elevator.

Location is perfect! That is the greatest thing about this hotel. Within walking distance from Notre-Dame, Louvre, Luxembourg park etc.
Beds in triple room were comfortable. Room was quite tiny but we expected that. Employees (owners) were very nice and friendly. Breakfast basic, but ok.
Nothing much.
Room needs one mirror, we were 3 girls and it was difficult to get ready. 😅

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the room was clean. However, unfortunately, the stay was not a good fit for us.
We knew in advance that there was no elevator, but with two children, climbing six flights of stairs to the top floor was still quite challenging, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself felt quite small and basic for a family, and the walls were very thin.
There were also renovation works taking place on the facade of the top floor during our stay. Of course, this is understandable and not something the hotel could necessarily avoid, but a heads-up beforehand would have been appreciated, as it meant we couldn’t really plan daytime naps or breaks for the children.

The location is exelent! It is 30 minutes walt to Luvre... realy nice part of the city. Lots of bistroes, restairants, small stores and nice supermarkets. Wery clean hotel, not so fancy to be honest wery oldfashioned but not so big problem because location is great.
