The remoteness and lack of easy access to restaurants, stores and train station.

The apartment is quite ok, maybe a little too small for a family of four, but we still felt comfortable. The children's beds are bunk beds and the double bed is a pull-out bed. Be sure to ask for an air conditioner right away. The surcharge is minimal. Be sure to bring your own umbrellas because the hotel may not have umbrellas for rent. The beach is 100 m away, quite ok and of course free. The nearest store is far away and has to be reached by car or at least half an hour on foot. In the apartment, you have everything you need to prepare food and a refrigerator, and take into account that there are no restaurants nearby, only one pizzeria 100m away. Parking is free and an elevator is used to accommodate cars, but you get used to it quickly. You can go to Monaco or Cannes by train. The station is 300m from the hotel.

The view and the location, friendly staff, easy access to the beach and train station. Kitchen appliances were supplied and worked :)
No air conditioner, ants invasion, car parking was very tight and difficult to use (car lift).

I loved the location. Beautiful view of the golf.
I loved the facilities. The apartment was correct.
I thought we could clean the pavement and alleys with the Karscher with lavender soap to take dogs' smells out (somewhat).
I think that we should have the floor buttons on both sides of the car elevators.
There should be transats on the Beach de la Buse also.

Goodmorning! This is the best apartment with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains the most. A great place for a quiet family vacation. We will remember this vacation as very pleasant. Thank you for the great atmosphere!!!

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Le Golf Bleu, it"s all you need to feel divine, near the șea, calm and quiet place and surroundings..and a special woman from Reception- called Nora a very nice profesional lady, whom we love a lot!!!!- she Knows why!!!

I do understand that apartments are small, but it is very cramped with 4 people, can't imagine 6 people sleeping in the apartment.

The property exceeded my expectations! we were a group of 8 and we had a lot of room and space! The balcony was very large and the location was perfect within 10 minutes walking from the train station which was amazing for day trips! I would highly recommend!

The cleaning personal is unfortunately not up to speed.
The fridge and table were not clean, and worse the coffee machine that was really dirty.
Be careful with sea view, you might not have it despite you „booked“ it. This is because your apt. has lateral view and/or the arquitect had the „wonderful and brillant“ idea to build a tall wall on one side of the balcony.

The view was spectacular, and the blue of the golf leaves you breathless. The room has everything you need. It was a really quiet place, where you can spend perfect days.
I would like to have more consumable, like toilet paper, or soap, or shower gel, but that is the hotel politic. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The apartment was in a great location. Not only is there a pool and a beach right down the hill - it is also a short walk to the train station. One train stop from the Monaco - Monte Carlo station and close to multiple other gems on the French Riviera. Perfect homebase for anyone looking to explore all day and come back to a cozy space with gorgeous views.
Parking (only if you drive a large vehicle that is too big for the garage). They did allow us a spot for unloading which was great but after that it was stressful as we had nowhere to go as all the actual outside spots were full - once on opened up we parked and didn't move the vehicle again for the rest of the stay.

Very nice view. Beach is very close to the apartment. Personal is very helpful.
The view from our room was not the same as it was on the photo but we asked to change the room and after that it was even better than we expected.

Good location , beach just about 5 minutes' walk down. We enjoyed the balcon very much. Costs for wash machine and dryer is also ok ( 4 Euro for a wash and 2 Euro for dryer)
There could be more washmachine in a building, one is not enough. On the second day I waited a long time but it was always occupied so I hand-washed at the last.

No nearby supermarket for food we had to buy in Monaco and getting off train walk uphill to apartment with shopping

Nice views, nice pool, great for access to beach, navette (bus) for paragliding, train. Friendly staff. Convenient parking, though a bit tight.

Parking is a nightmare. Now in October it was ok not to have air conditioning but for summer...one of the rooms has no window. No supermarket in vicinity

the view was splendid.
the cleanliness was not good. there were ants. Also the lack of toilet paper and towels was very disappointing.

Friendly, helpful staff . A lovely location. Rooms were a decent size. Great views. All the basic kitchen equipment necessary to cook.
First time I have booked an apartment where linen, towels and toilet paper were not provided and you had to pay extra for.
